With over 13 years of coaching experience, Hannah Latiolais brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Champion College. Latiolais serves as the new Assistant Women's Coach and Head Developmental Coach, bringing extensive experience with her. With a background spanning various roles in the basketball world, Latiolais is committed to fostering talent and achieving success both on and off the court

 (2022-2023) Latiolais served as the Women's Head Coach and the Men's Assistant Coach at Kirtland College, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in both roles. As the head of recruiting and various other essential responsibilities, Latiolais played a pivotal role in shaping the future and foundation of Kirtland's basketball program. 

(2015-2022) Latiolais served as the Varsity Men's Head Coach, Houston Hyde. Under Latiolais guidance, the team achieved remarkable success, clinching over 5 national titles, consistently earning top rankings in various tournaments, and boasting an impressive 82-12 season record in 2022. As well as being ranked 12th in the nation (2022).  Latiolais secured over 500 wins within her years of coaching Houston Hyde, as well as being recognized as one of the 30 under 30.            

Notably, Latiolais owns the organization and has overseen the development of numerous talented players who have gone on to play at the next level, ranging from JUCO colleges to NCAA Division I programs, and even in the NFL. Her ability to identify and cultivate talent has contributed to the success stories of many young athletes.  

(2016-2017) Latiolais also brings invaluable experience from her time working with the Houston Rockets, where she gained insights and established meaningful relationships with trainers and players. This experience has enriched Latiolais coaching approach and added depth to their basketball expertise.

Throughout Latiolais' journey in the basketball world, she has worn various hats, each contributing to her success. From her early days as a player, to her time as a coach at different levels, Latiolais has accumulated a wealth of experience. Along the way. Latiolais has been a scout, trainer, and basketball analyst, all of which have enriched her understanding as a coach.

Latiolais is not only a seasoned coach but also a mentor, motivator, and role model for our student-athletes. We are thrilled to have Latiolais as an integral part of our coaching staff, and we look forward to witnessing her continued growth and success within our basketball program and under her guidance.
