The Lady Tigers topped the number 1 team in the nation, Lady Patriots from Arlington Baptist University, Friday night, 78 to 72. With five players ending in double digits: Harria Mendoza led with 16 points, both Tamaria Manning and Sckiya Banister added 12 points, and both Justys Irish-Holmes and Destiny gave 11 points. Across the board, the Lady Tigers fought hard together and obtained 47 rebounds, produced 25 assists, and snatched 12 steals to beat the top ranked team.  

Champion’s Lady Tigers finished the game shooting 41% from the field, 29% from the three, and 61% from the freethrow line. Our Lady Tigers are on the prowl with a snatched fourth conference win.
