The program started in 2019 and since has continued with a lot of success and an abundance of great players like the two-headed beast of Destiny Gonzalez and Nay Manning. Those two ladies along with Head Coach DeAnthony Ellison have started Champion’s Lady Tiger foundation. Even though they have graduated, Coach Ellison has always had hidden gems each season. 

In this season, we get a chance to see more of Alysia Pickett from Ecclesia College and Aaliyiah Clark from Arlington Baptist. For their previous season at Champion, both guards were limited to only playing 9 games each for the season in its entirety due to injuries. Next we have returner Justys Irish-Holmes who’s making a huge impact, and major transfers, Kamryn Gentry from Ozark Christian College and Tori Hayes from Texas A&M- Texarkana are also a part of this season’s Lady Tiger Family.
